A guided inner work app, informed by IFS

Quiet the part of you that spirals at 2am.

When the anxious one, the inner critic, and the one that shuts down keep pulling you in different directions, meet each part with curiosity and lead from the calm center that is already you.

Talk or type. A few minutes a day. Made for one calm sitting. Private.

On the web, iOS and Android.

You are not the problem. You are crowded.

Most self improvement works on the surface: more discipline, another system, one more morning routine. But underneath, parts of you are pulling in different directions. Until they feel heard, they keep winning.

The one that spirals at 2am The critic that is never satisfied The part that goes numb The procrastinator that protects you The people pleaser The one bracing for impact

How it works

The Hearth method, in three moves.

No journaling homework. No jargon. Hearth leads, you notice and answer in your own words.

1

Notice a part

Name what is here right now, a feeling, a voice, a tightness. Hearth helps you find it without forcing anything.

2

Get to know it

Instead of fighting it, you turn toward it with curiosity. What is it afraid of? What has it been carrying? Often this is where it eases.

3

Lead from your center

From the calm, clear part of you that can hold all the others, you start to respond to life instead of being run by it.

What is inside

Everything you need to do the inner work.

One calm space, built for going inward and coming back steadier.

Guided sittings

A warm guide that meets you where you are and never rushes. Talk out loud or type, whichever feels safe.

It remembers you

Hearth holds the thread of your inner world across sittings, so you are never starting from zero.

Private and safe

Your inner work is stored on your device and syncs securely to your account. Care and crisis resources are always one tap away.

Informed by Internal Family Systems.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a trauma-informed model developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz that sees the mind as made of protective and vulnerable parts around a calm center called Self. Hearth is an AI guide built on that model for daily, self-led parts work.

The idea is simple and freeing: you are not broken, you are made of parts, and underneath them is a calm center that is already you. You do not need to learn a thing. Hearth guides the whole process, so you get curious about those parts instead of fighting them.

Internal Family Systems has been refined for more than 40 years, and is practiced by therapists around the world. Hearth is built by an IFS-informed practitioner, and brings that way of working inward into a calm, guided space you can use on your own.

Hearth is informed by the IFS model. It is an AI guide for self-reflection and inner work, not therapy, and not affiliated with or endorsed by the IFS Institute or Richard Schwartz.

"You do not need more discipline. You need to meet the part that resists, and find out what it has been protecting."

A note from Salman

Why I built Hearth.

My name is Salman Kasi. The moments that changed things for me did not happen in sessions. They happened in ordinary minutes, on a Tuesday, when a part got loud and there was nowhere calm to take it.

I wanted a quiet place to sit with a part for five minutes and be met with real curiosity. So I built one.

The notes on the practice blog are mine, from my own inner work with this method.

Salman Kasi, IFS informed practitioner, trained through the IFS Online Circle, who worked under a senior IFS practitioner. Not a licensed clinical therapist.

More about me and Hearth

How Hearth compares

Honest about what it is, and what it is not.

Versus therapy

Hearth is daily inner work you can do on your own. It is a complement to therapy, never a replacement or a form of clinical care.

Versus journaling apps

A journaling app hands you a blank page. Hearth guides the parts work instead, so you are never left staring at nothing.

Versus meditation apps

Meditation calms the surface. Hearth meets the parts underneath, the ones driving the noise in the first place.

Questions

Honest answers, before you decide.

Will I have to relive my trauma?

No. Hearth works gently, with the protective parts of you first, and never pushes you into anything. You set the pace. If something feels like too much, it helps you slow down and points you toward trusted human support.

Is this therapy?

No. Hearth is a guided wellness and self reflection tool, not a therapist and not a substitute for professional care. Many people use it alongside therapy. If you are in crisis, Hearth will gently point you to immediate human support.

How is Hearth different from a journaling or meditation app?

A journaling app gives you a blank page, and a meditation app calms the surface. Hearth guides you to the parts underneath, the anxious one, the critic, the one that shuts down, and helps you meet each with curiosity. It leads the parts work, you just answer in your own words.

Is it private?

Your reflections, parts and journal are stored on your device and sync securely to your account when you sign in. We never sell your data or use it to train AI, and your inner work is yours.

Will it just feel like a robot?

It is an AI guide, so it is not a person. But most people are surprised by how unhurried and attentive it feels. It listens, slows down, and follows your own words, instead of handing you advice.

What if it does not help me?

Then it should not cost you anything. Every paid plan carries the 60 day guarantee: if you do not feel more at home in your own mind, you get every cent back. And the rest of Hearth, your parts, your map, your journal, stays free either way.

Do I need to understand IFS or parts work?

Not at all. You just show up and answer in your own words. Hearth leads the whole process, one small step at a time.

Can I use my voice?

Yes. You can speak out loud and hear your guide reply, or keep it fully text based. Whatever feels safe for you.

Who Hearth is not for. If you are in acute crisis or thinking about harming yourself, you deserve real human help right now, please reach out to local emergency services or a crisis line. And if what you want is a licensed clinician or a diagnosis, Hearth is not that, and will not pretend to be. Hearth is for the quiet, ongoing inner work alongside the rest of your life.
