Why I built Hearth.

I grew up in a war zone. Those years left me with parts that never stopped bracing, and years of discipline and positive thinking barely reached them. What finally moved things was inner work: sitting with those parts, one at a time, and letting them speak. I healed enough to build a life. I am still doing the work today.

Hearth is the companion I needed on those nights: a quiet place to sit with a part for five minutes and be met with real curiosity.

This is my story, and it’s only a promise about me, never about what the app will do for you. But if your mind has its own loud rooms, you know why I built this.

Is it private?

Your reflections stay on your device and sync securely to your account. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to train AI.

Will it feel like a robot?
